Anyone had reliability issues past 1,000 rounds?

I want real data here, not just people defending their purchase. I've had zero issues through about 1,400 rounds on my TP9SF, mostly Winchester white box and Federal brass. But I've seen a handful of posts elsewhere about failures in the 1,500-2,000 round range and I want to know if those are outliers or a pattern. If you've had an issue ...what was it, what ammo, and how did Canik handle it? No judgment. Every gun has problems sometimes. I just want honest information so I know what to watch for.
 
My TP9SF handled over 2,000 rounds, both brass and steel cases without missing a beat. Almost every failure folks report traces back to steel-cased ammo.

Damage caused by steel-case ammo, will most likely go unnoticed for a significant time. However, when it does become recognizable it will be an expensive and inconvenient experience. My main reason for avoiding steel-case ammo is that it is notoriously filthy, compared to most brass-case ammo.
