Finally got TP9 Elite SC and here are my thoughts

I have been wanting one of these for almost a year and finally grabbed one at my LGS for $369 out the door. My first impressions are that the finish on mine is excellent with no tool marks, no sharp edges, no rattles. The grip texture is more aggressive than I expected, which I actually like. Mag capacity is 15+1 which is great for a subcompact. My first range trip was 200 rounds of mixed brass and steel and the only issue was a failure to return to battery on round 147, I think the steel case TulAmmo was a little dirty so I cleaned it up and there's been no issues since. Overall? For the price, this thing is a steal.

Yeah, that’s a good deal especially if it ran that well out of the box for a subcompact.

All Russian ammo sux! Tul, Brown Bear, Red Army Standard, etc. Tul is filthy! Do a DEEP clean on your pistol. Most indoor ranges won't permit steel cases to be used primarily because they cannot profit from recycling steel casings, unlike brass casings which they can sell. Additionally, steel ammo can potentially cause sparks and fires when it hits steel targets, which raises safety concerns.

Getting the TP9 Elite SC for $369 is a pretty sweet deal. The aggressive grip texture and having 15+1 rounds in such a small package is honestly pretty remarkable. And the little hiccup with Tula ammo, well, that's pretty normal honestly.
